at Sapporo

I'm now on a business trip to Sapporo.
Today I spent the whole day at the University of Hokkaido.
When walking the campus, I overheard an English conversation.

Woman (supposedly Japanese): You know what? I have to tell you something.
Man (supposedly foreign): Sure. What is it?
Woman: When I'm speaking Japanese, I'm speaking in Kansai dialect.
Man: ...Wow!

I found that confession somehow nice and heartwarming.
